This notice covers this website. The Venture Intelligence Platform application atplatform.ventureintelligence.cois a separate product with its own terms and its own handling of the material you submit to it.

What this site collects

Nothing you are asked to type. This site has no forms, no accounts, no comment fields, and no newsletter. It runs no analytics or advertising scripts, sets no cookies of its own, and embeds no third-party content: the fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font provider, so loading a page here does not announce your visit to anyone else.

Our web server keeps ordinary access logs — the requested address, a timestamp, the referring page, the browser's user-agent string, and the IP address the request came from. These exist to keep the site running and to investigate abuse. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not sold or shared for advertising.

If you email us

Writing to nick@ventureintelligence.co means we hold your message and your address for as long as it takes to deal with what you asked about, and for our own records afterwards. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else.

Applications

Founders apply through an application portal on the platform, not through this site. Anything you submit there — the pitch, the supporting material, the company details — is handled under the platform's terms. We assess it, and where it fits we describe it to the investors we work with. We do not publish submissions and we do not sell them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected, or to ask us to delete it. Write tonick@ventureintelligence.co and we will tell you what we have and act on the request.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no archive of previous versions; if the distinction matters to you, keep a copy.
