These terms apply to this website. The Venture Intelligence Platform application atplatform.ventureintelligence.cois a separate product governed by the agreement you accept when you log in to it.

Using the site

You may read this site, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You may not copy it wholesale, present its material as your own, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other visitors, or attempt to reach parts of it that are not published.

The material here

Everything on this site is descriptive: it explains what we do and how we do it. It is offered as-is and we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or free of error. We may change, move, or withdraw any part of it, including an application portal, at any time. Deadlines shown on the Open Pitches page are the deadlines as they stood when the page was served.

Not advice, and not an offer

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing on it is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security. Our briefs are prepared for named clients under a separate engagement. Reading this site, emailing us, or applying through a portal does not create a client relationship, an advisory relationship, or any obligation on our part to act.

Applying

Applications are accepted only through an open portal. Applying costs nothing, and nobody is charged for an introduction. We decide what we take forward, and we are not obliged to explain a decision or to forward a venture to anybody.

Brand and content

The Venture Intelligence Platform name, mark, and the text and design of this site belong to us. Company names and marks appearing anywhere on the site belong to their owners and are used descriptively.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
